Shipping policy

Items shipped to local Gold Coast and Brisbane area are delivered directly by the Pilates World team.

All orders outside this area are via carriers independent of Pilates World. Local depot delivery is offered for large items. Customers requiring home delivery should contact Pilates World for a quote.  

Once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse the carriers are responsible for your goods. Each carrier has specific terms and conditions. If your goods are damaged in transit you must notify the carrier and Pilates World within 24 hours of receipt of your goods, and we will assist you in what course of action to take once the damage has been assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the terms and conditions of the carrier insurance. If you attend a depot for collection and notice the product is damaged or not in the condition you would expect, please notify the depot and Pilates World immediately. Do not accept/sign for items that are damaged. This will forfeit any responsibility of the carrier. 

Failure to inform us within 24 hours may void any insurance claim.

A PHYSICAL ADDRESS must be supplied when purchasing, P.O Boxes are not accepted.

Provided your goods are in stock at the time of purchase, your goods will be dispatched once payment has been received. The delivery times may vary depending on the state you live in and how close to the capital cities you are. In most cases you will receive your goods in 1 to 6 days if you live in Victoria, New South Wales or Queensland. Times will be longer for people who live in Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory and in most cases delivery times to these states will be from 4 to 12 days after payment is received.

Products must be paid for in full before being dispatched. Please note delivery times/dates are an estimate only. Pilates World accepts no responsibility if these times are inaccurate at the time of delivery. With most carriers we are able to track your order through your consignment note number. Give us a call if you are concerned about your delivery time.

Pre-ordered products require a 50% deposit with the balance due before delivery. Pilates World imports it’s products via international shipping. Despite arrival estimates given, delays are common and Pilates World can not guarantee delivery date for pre-orders items. Pilates World will not be held responsible for set backs due to international shipping delays.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure you are available at the delivery address.

In the event that you are not available to meet the driver at the agreed time, a redelivery fee will be charged before rebooking the delivery. You will need to contact customer service to arrange a new time and pay the fee. Normal delivery fees and charges apply.

Due to remote & some regional areas being difficult to reach by freight companies, please contact Pilates World directly to receive a shipping quote. 

Definition of remote/regional areas -  A place that is not close to any larger city or any other point, where local depots of freighting/courier companies are located.

We reserve the right to revise a shipping quote provided by the website for large orders or for multiple or bulky items where the website is unable to accurately calculate the shipping price. We will contact you within 24 hours of you placing your order to provide you with an accurate shipping quote. If you are not satisfied with this quote you may opt for a full refund of your order.

We reserve the right to change our Shipping Policy at any time without notice.
