Our Aussie Pilates Neck Pillows are great for floor routines and provide extra support when using reformers and other Pilates equipment. This item is ideal for elevating the head to reduce neck strain, increasing breathing capacity and better placement for the upper back when on the floor.

Aussie Pilates uses only the best quality foam to outlast other brands, so it doesn't lose its shape after many years of use.

Please note: The support pillow should never be used during an exercise where your hips lift off the carriage.
